Due to the covid-19 pandemic some condo buildings are not even allowing in person viewings without an offer in place and if we can narrow our search to only a few in person viewings we are significantly lowering everyone’s exposure

What is the difference between an online showing and a virtual tour?
While a virtual tour can be helpful it is only showing what a seller and listing agent want you to see and from every optimal angle. During an online showing we can ask to see what we need to see!
